Remodels
and
Renovations

We approach renovations as an opportunity to refine and improve the way a home lives. Through thoughtful planning and careful execution, we create spaces that feel considered, functional, and built to last. Similar to our custom home work, we offer a range of services tailored to your needs, from design and pre-construction through construction and final details.

How We Work

~Initiation~

We begin with a conversation to align on your project’s vision-site, goals, timeline, and budget and determine if we’re the right fit to move forward.

~Design+Pre-Construction~

We refine all aspects of the project, beginning with design. From there, we develop a detailed budget and schedule while coordinating with key partners. Throughout this phase, we value engineer and work to reduce risk, setting the project up for a smooth and predictable build.

~Construction~

Once everything’s dialed in, we move into the build. We manage the project day-to-day, keep things moving, and stay in close communication so there are no surprises along the way

~Completion~

As we wrap up, we focus on the final details and walk the project with you to make sure everything is right. We close things out cleanly and hand off a space that’s ready to use and built to last.
